- Ran field research across Sri Lankan supermarkets and combined it with industry data to design workflows around real operator behavior (hand ergonomics, fatigue patterns, transaction rhythm) instead of theoretical flows. Standardized 18mm minimum touch targets across 7" to 15" hardware.
- Built market-configurable workflow templates so US compliance and Sri Lankan retail realities ship from one codebase without forks.
- Replaced technical error messages with human-language recovery guidance, reducing operator stress in fast retail environments and shrinking training time.
- Designed for four operator archetypes (cashiers, shift managers, store owners, IT/regional administrators) with role-based access and approval workflows, plus an integrated manager dashboard for live multi-location and multi-till visibility.
